摘要
目的:探讨合金支架在治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血中的作用。方法:通过动物实验建立门脉高压食管静脉曲张模型,致曲张静脉破裂出血后,在食管下段和贲门放置不同粗细、长短的记忆合金支架,分别于即刻、24h、72h、1w、2w、1月、3月、6月等不同时段观察支架情况。结果:支架置入后食管静脉曲张出血即刻停止。支架与组织贴附及相容性随时间有不同变化。止血率与支架直径成正比,与支架长度相关性较小。结论:合金支架可使食管静脉曲张出血即刻停止,无需牵引,方法简便,可长期留置。
Objective: To explore the effects of alloy stent on hemorrhage from esophageal varices. Methods: After the models of hemorrhage from esophageal varices were established, the alloy stents with different size and length were placed at the cardia and lower segment of esophagus. The effects and complesion were observed at different period of time. Results: The hemorrhage from esophageal varices stopped as soon as the stent was placed. The consisency and mounting of tissues and stents had been changing with time. The hemostasis rate was in direct proportion to the diameter of stent but had little correlation with the length of stent. Conclusion: The alloy stent can immediately stop the hemorrhage from esophageal varices, what' s more, it can be retrieved or retained. Therefore, this method is simple but effective.
