摘要
目的 观察幼龄大鼠门静脉海绵样变（CTPV）模型左肾上静脉直径的变化,以及经左肾上静脉行门体分流术后,左肾上腺静脉血栓对左肾上腺功能的影响.方法 将80只幼龄Wistar大鼠随机分为4组.采用门静脉部分缩窄法建立CTPV模型,结扎左肾上腺静脉法复制术后左肾上腺静脉血栓的模型.结果 （1）术后6周形成CTPV和左肾上腺静脉血栓的大鼠模型;（2）CTPV组术后6周与对照组比较,门静脉压力升高[（15.05±1.55） cmH2O,P＜0.05]及左肾上腺静脉直径增粗[（0.21±0.02） mm,P＜0.05];（3）左肾上腺静脉血栓组肾上腺功能与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 （1） CTPV模型大鼠左肾上腺静脉均增粗,提供了经左肾上腺静脉行门体分流术的条件.（2）左肾上腺静脉血栓不会影响左肾上腺功能,且左肾上腺病理未见明显变化,该术式合理、可行.
Objective To preliminarily study the changes of juvenile rats left superior renal vein diameter in a cavernous transformation of portal vein model （CTPV）,and left superior adrenal vein thrombosis of the left superior renal vein portosystemic shunt and its effect on left adrenal function.Methods Eighty juvenile Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups.Partial portal vein constriction method was used to establish a CTPV model,and ligation of the left superior adrenal vein method was used to mimic the postoperative left superior adrenal vein thrombosis model.Results （1） Six weeks after surgery,the rat model of CTPV and left superior adrenal vein thrombosis was established; （2） Six weeks after surgery,portal vein pressure in model group A （CTPV group） was increased [（15.05 ± 1.55） cmH2O,P ＜ 0.05]and left superior adrenal vein diameter increased [（0.21 ± 0.02） mm,P ＜ 0.05] as compared with control group; （3） There was no significant difference in the adrenal function between the model group C （the left superior adrenal vein thrombosis group） and the control group （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion （1） Left superior adrenal veins of CPTV juvenile rats were all thickened,which provided the conditions for the left superior adrenal vein portosystemic shunt; （2） Left superior adrenal vein thrombosis did not affect left adrenal function,and there was no significant changes in the left adrenal pathology,suggesting this surgical operation was reasonable and feasible.
