摘要
目的观察清开灵注射液合复方丹参注射液对肺心病患者呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将120例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用清开灵注射液及复方丹参注射液静滴,比较两组总有效率及血气分析结果、血液流变学指标治疗前后的差异。结果治疗组上述观察结果均优于对照组。结论在西医常规处理基础上加用清开灵及复方丹参注射液对肺心病呼吸衰竭疗效更佳。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effi cacy of Qingkailing Injection and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound Injection on respiratory failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:120patients were divided randomly i nto the treatment group(treated with the two injections and western medicines)and the controlled group(treated western medicines only).Total effective rates,parameters of blood -gas analysis,hem-orrheology before and after treatme nt were measured in the two groups.Results:There were significant differences betwe en the two groups.Conclusion:It suggested that Qingkailing Injection and Salvia Miltiorrhiza Compound Injec tion may play a better therapeautic role in the treatment o f respiratory failure of cor pulmonale.
