摘要
目的观察大黄对呼吸衰竭合并胃肠功能障碍患儿的治疗作用。方法将52例呼吸衰竭患儿分为大黄治疗组和非大黄治疗组,观察两组患儿氧合指标变化、胃肠功能障碍的缓解率、住院天数及死亡率。结果大黄治疗组氧合指标第2天开始上升(P<0.05),5天后明显改善(P<0.01),而非大黄治疗组效果不如大黄治疗组(P<0.05);大黄组胃肠功能障碍治疗有效率为96.30%,非大黄治疗组为72.00%(P<0.05);患儿住院天数分别为大黄治疗组(8.8±2.5)d和非大黄治疗组(12.4±2.1)d(P<0.05);死亡率分别为大黄治疗组37.04%,非大黄治疗组64.00%(P<0.05)。结论大黄可改善呼吸衰竭患儿的氧合指标,对合并胃肠功能障碍有较好的治疗作用,可缩短患儿住院天数,降低死亡率。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Rhubarb in the treatment of childhood respiratory failure with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Fifty-two subjects were randomized into two groups and treated with Rhubarb or not;the oxygenated changes, gastrointestinal relief rate,hospitalization time and mortality rate were observed. Results In treatment group, the oxygenation improved since the second day (P〈 0.05-0.01) with better effects than control group; the gastrointestinal relief rate was 96:30% in treatment group and 72.00% in control group,P 〈 0.05;the hospitalization time was (8.8±2.5)d in treatment group and (12.4±2.1)d in control group,P〈 0.05; the mortality rate was 37.04% in treatment group and 64.00% in control group,P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Rhubarb is effective in improving oxygenation and gastrointestinal function, shortening hospitalization time and reducing mortality.
