摘要
采用熔融法制样,用X射线荧光光谱法对耐火材料中的Na2O、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2、K2O、CaO、TiO2、Cr2O3、MnO、Fe2O3、ZrO2、HfO2组分进行测定,使用康普顿散射线作内标和经验系数法校正基体效应,经标准物质检验与标准值吻合,大部分组分的RSD<5%(n=10)。
A method for the determination of Na2O, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2, K2O, CaO, TiO2, Cr2O3,MnO, Fe2O3, ZrO2 and HfO2 in the refractory materials by Xray spectrometry with fusion sample preparation technique was developed. The calibration was carried out with certified reference materials. The absorption enhancement effects between elements were corrected by experience coefficient method with scattered radiation as internal standard. The method has been applied to the determination of Na, Mg, Al, Si, K, Ca, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Zr and Hf in standard reference materials. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of <5% RSD (n=10).
