摘要
介绍了粉末压片-X射线荧光光谱法测定铝钒中铝钒含量的分析方法。根据铝钒样品中主次成分含量范围,用高纯试剂配制出具有成分含量梯度的校准样品,以标样中铝钒元素的荧光强度和含量所具有的对应关系,并考虑到各元素之间的吸收与激发效应,经过校正拟合出铝钒元素的实际工作曲线。该方法与对照样品各元素值符合较好,与其他方法测定结果有良好的一致性。方法的精密度RSD(n=10)在0.037%~0.319%范围内。
A method to determine Al, V in Al- V iron by powder press slice- X ray fluorescent spectrometry was introduced. Based on the content range of major and minor chemical components in Al-V iron, calibration curve was drawn by the calibration samples prepared with high purity reagent, these samples had content gradient of components. The matrix correction method provided by equipment was used to eliminate the influence of absorption and strengthening effects. The determination result of this method had good agreement with that of other methods. The relative standard deviation of each component was in the range of 0.037%~0.319% in 10 times of determination for same sample.
