摘要
目的:通过了解高年级大学生营养知识、态度、行为(KAP)的现状,为进行营养教育提供科学依据。方法:选择山东大学和山东师范大学1907名3~5年级在校大学生进行自行设计的营养知识-态度-行为的问卷调查。结果:大学生营养知识不足,其营养知识得分≥80分者为740人,占38.80%,临床应用部分得分偏低,≥80分者仅471人,占24.70%;38.9%的学生有不良饮食行为,选择食物较单一,但他们普遍具有良好的营养态度。结论:需采取多种方式对高年级大学生进行营养教育。
Objective:To study the knowledge,attitude and practice on nutrition of university stu-dents of high grades and provide a basis for developing nutrition education programs.Methods:Knowledge,attitude and practice on nutrition of1907students of3~5grades in Shandong University and Shandong Teacher's University were investigated through questionnaire survey.Results:The students did not have e-nough nutritional knowledge and their knowledge scores on clinical nutrition were lower than those on ba-sic nurtrution.Seven hundred and forty(38.80%)students got scores of≥80on nutrition knowledge and only471(24.70%)students got scores of≥80on clinical nutrition;38.80%students had irrational dietary practice and selected dull food,but they had better nutrition attitude.Conclusion:It is needed to give university students nutritional education by taking many measures.
