摘要
目的 探讨大脑半球生殖细胞瘤的临床特点。方法 报道 1例患者临床资料 ,并结合文献进行分析。结果 本例肿瘤位于左顶枕叶 ,以颅内高压、偏盲为首发症状 ,影像学表现及术中所见与该部位其它常见肿瘤不易鉴别 ,经病理及肿瘤免疫组化证实为生殖细胞瘤。文献中无该区生殖细胞瘤的深入报道。结论 大脑半球生殖细胞瘤罕见 ,术前不易确诊 。
Objective To discuss the clinical character of the germinoma of cerebral hemispheres.Methods A case of germinoma of cerebral mehispheres was analysed in conjunction with review of literatures.Results The germinoma of this case,which was located in left parietal occipital lobe,had the first syndrome and sign of increased intracranial pressure and hemianopia.It is difficult to differentiate it from other intracranial tumors of cerebral hemispheres by image and surgical finding.The diagnosis was comfirmed by biopsy and immunohistochemical examinations.We reviewed literatures about germinomas of cerebral hemispheres,but there was no discussion in depth.Conclusion Germinoma of cerebral hemispheres is rare and diagnosis is diffcult before operation.Surgical resection and radiological treatment are the most appropriate methods.
