摘要
论述了与数控加工刀具运动轨迹生成技术有关的曲线、曲面、等距曲面及曲面求交的算法,重点对参数法、贝兹尔法及B样条法表示曲线曲面的原理及其特点进行了探讨;针对多曲面连续加工中常用的三种方法所生成的刀具运动轨迹的原理及使用范围进行了详细讨论,并介绍了其在汽车覆盖件模具数控编程加工中的应用。
This paper describes the calculation methods of the curves, curved surfaces, isometric sur faces and intersection of curved surfaces, all of which related to the generating technigues of cutting tool moring path in numerically controlled machining, and lays emphasis on the principles and features of expressions for curves and curved surfaces by the methods of parametrization, Bessel's or B spline fitting. In the light of three commonly used methods in continuously machining of multicurved surfaces, the paper discusses in detail the principles and application range of generated cutting tool moving path, as well as presents the application to programming for N/C machining of automotive covering part dies.
