摘要
针对模具设计与加工方面存在的问题，在计算机网络和ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ 集成技术的支持下，建立了模具ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＤＮＣ 集成化环境．基于三维建模的ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ 技术和主模型技术，在建立模具全数字化三维模型的基础上，实现了模具设计与数控加工ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＤＮＣ一体化，用实例论述了模具ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ／ＤＮＣ一体化的过程，为企业创造了良好的经济效益．
s: With Computer network and CAD/CAM integrated technology, the integrated environment of CAD/CAM/DNC for die is set up by countering the problem in die design and machining. On the basis of CAD/CAM technology for 3D and master model technology, the full-digital 3D model of die can be created, and then CAD/CAM/DNC integration is realized in die design and machining. The example is given to describe the processes of integrated CAD/CAM/DNC, and a good result has been obtained in the enterprise.
