强脉冲光与Nd:YAG激光面部非剥脱除皱疗效比较分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 比较强脉冲光与Nd :YAG激光在非剥脱面部除皱中的疗效与安全性。方法  6 4例要求面部非剥脱除皱患者随机等分为两组 ,皆为FitzpatrickⅢ~Ⅳ型皮肤。一组接受 4次 6 4 0nm强脉冲光治疗 ,另一组接受 4次10 6 4nmNd :YAG激光治疗 ,治疗间隔 2周。分别于每次治疗后及最后一次治疗 2 ,4 ,8,12 ,2 4周后随访治疗效果。结果 治疗 2 4周后患者主观满意程度 (计分 1~ 10 )有明显差别。皮肤皱纹改善客观指标亦有明显差别。主要并发症是皮肤水疱及红斑现象。结论  6 4 0nm强脉冲光与Nd :YAG激光皆有非剥脱除皱作用 ,6 4 0nm强脉冲光的疗效明显优于Nd :YAG激光 。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the intense pulsed light source (IPL) and Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of facial rhytids. Methods 64 subjects with facial rhytids and Fitzpatrick skin types Ⅲ and Ⅳ received four times of treatment with IPL using 640?nm cut-off filter or 1?064?nm Nd:YAG laser. The subjects were evaluated at 2, 4, 8, 12, and 24 weeks after the final treatment for improvement in rhytids and the presence of any side effects. Results At 24 weeks, the patient satisfaction score (1~10) and evaluator assessment of improved skin quality were different between the two groups. Common side effects were blistering and erythema. Conclusion Although both non-ablative treatment systems improved facial rhytids, IPL was the better. Nd:YAG laser produced fewer side effects.
