摘要
钢材的疲劳极限是对汽车零件进行疲劳设计及可靠性分析的必需数据,但国产钢材的疲劳极限往往难以查找。本文用灰色系统理论对σ_(0.2)、σ_b同σ_(-1)进行了关联分析,给出了用σ_(0.2)估计国产合金钢材的σ_(-1)估算式,其相对误差一般不超过5%。
Fatigue strength of steel is an essential parameter for designing motor vehicle parts and analysing their reliability, but fatigue strength of domestic steel is usually not giren by its manufacturers, In this paper the incidence analysis to the σ_(0.2), σ_b and σ_(-1) is carried out by using the grey system analysis, and an expression to estimate the σ_(-1) from σ_(0.2) of domestic alloy steel is then derived. The relative error of estimated values usually does not exceed 5%. so the auther believes.
