摘要
介绍了柴油机曲轴圆角的感应淬火技术。该工艺采用回线型半圈圆角淬火感应器,在曲轴旋转时对轴颈分别进行加热。经感应淬火后的曲轴,其疲劳强度可提高一倍左右,平均值达630MPa。利用钢的相变超塑性原理,解决了曲轴感应硬化的变形问题。
Induction hardening technique of journal fillets of crankshaft for diesel engines is presented in this paper. A loop type halfcircle fillet hardening coil is applied in this process, each journal to be heated separately while the crankshaft rotating. After induction hardening the fatigue strength of crankshaft doubled, the average reaehed 630 MPa. In addition, the author mentioned that the deformation problem occured in crankshaft induction hardening has been sdved by employing the phase transition superplasticity theory of steel.
