摘要
在DC-1型电动谐振式疲劳试验装置上,用升降法测定了某6100型发动机曲轴的弯曲和扭转疲劳极限,并据试验结果对该曲轴的强度进行了评估。结果表明,在正常的工况下,其强度足够;在弯曲载荷下,连杆轴颈上的油孔使连杆轴颈圆角处的最大应力平均升高10%,弯曲疲劳失效往往在该处发生。
The bending and torsional fatigue stength of a model 6100 engine crankshaft is tested on a DC-1 electrical resonance type fatigue testing machine using up and down experimental method. The strength of crankshaft is estimated according to the experimental results. It is concluded that this crankshaft has sufficient strength under normal operation conditions, but the crankpins oil holes cause the maximum stress at crankpin fillets to be increased by 10% average under bending load, consequently the bending fatigue failure usually occurs at these places.
