摘要
球铁正火处理可分为三种工艺,完全奥氏体化正火、部分奥氏体化正火、低碳奥氏体化正火。正火可提高球铁的强度、硬度和耐磨性。球铁等温淬火后可具有高的强度和硬度,且抗拉强度、弯曲疲劳强度皆有很大提高,是充分发挥球铁材料最大潜力的一种热处理方法。
Processes of normalizing nodular iron may be divided into three kinds : fully austenitizing normalizing, partly austenitizing ,and low carbon austenitizing no-rmalizing .Normalizing can raise strength, hardness and wearability of nodular iron. Nodulariron , after isothermal quenching will have high strength and hardness and will posses greatly improved tensile strength and bending strength. Evidently ,this method of heat treatment exhibit its inherent property of the steel to the full extent.
