摘要
研究了热处理工艺对Ti-5Mo-5V-5Al-1Cr-1Fe合金两个规格的棒材显微组织和力学性能的影响,探讨了它们之间影响的规律。研究发现,强化热处理后的组织使棒材具有高强度,而室温塑性较低;退火后的组织使棒材具有最高的塑韧性,而强度稍低;两阶段退火的组织使棒材具有最佳的综合力学性能。
In this paper the effects of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti -5Mo -5V -5Al - 1Cr - 1Fe alloy bars of two different sizes were examined. Regularity of the relationship between microstructure and mechanical property was discussed. Tests showed that the strengthening heat - treated microstructure made the bar have high tensile strength but lower room - temperature plasticity, that the annealed microstructure made the bar have highest plasticity and toughness but slightly lower tensile strength, and that the two - stage annealed microstructure made the bar have optimized comprehensive mechanical properties covering both tensile strength and plasticity.
