摘要
锻造后桥从动齿轮常造成设备超载。应变仪测试成形力的结果表明,工艺编排及工装设计是问题的关键。经分析得出复杂锻件应注意工步衔接、中间带孔饼类锻件应修正偏心距、设备吨位不足应就弱点进行改造等解决办法。
In forging the rear axle driven gear, overloading of the machine occurs frequently. Stresses measured with strain gages indicate that the key problem lies in the programming of technology and the design of tools. A nalysis show s that for com plicated forgings , care should be taken to the succession of steps of strokes; for slabsproducts with center holes, modification of the offset shoud be made; and for machines with insufficient tonnages, means tostrengthen the weak point should be taken accordingly etc.
