摘要
详细分析和研究了轿车安全气囊零件流动控制精密成形工艺方案及其关键技术特点 ,提出流动控制腔的设计方法 ,采用经验公式计算成形力。最后介绍了工艺试验、模具、设备及所取得的成果。
