摘要
用研制的新型冷芯盒法粘结剂——BN型树脂,进行了CO_2气硬冷芯盒法的研究,旨在解决三乙胺法和SO_2法的环境污染问题。并成功地进行了灰铁、球铁、不锈钢等件的浇注试验。
This paper proceeds an investigation of CO_2 air hardened cold core box method through the development of a glue bond BN type resin by a new type cold core box method ,aimed at resoloving the pollution of enviroment resulted from the use of triethylamine method and SO_2 method and successfully performs the pouring tests of grey iron, nodular iron and stainless steel castings etc.
