摘要
北京城市规划延续至今的人造太阳系模式,目前已经进入了非良性的红巨星期,难以胜任为城市长远发展提供健康的基本空间框架的职能。为使相对的衰落和绝对的兴起达成辨证的统一,应沿中轴线展开三个城市中心的规划设想。
The solar system pattern of city planning in Beijing has continued up to now and has now entered the period of malign red gigantic star.It is difficult for it to provide a healthy basic spatial structure for the future development of the city. In order to combin the relative declining withthe absolute prosperity , the paper suggests a planning hypothesis to open out three city centers along the city axis line.[
