摘要
工程建设中的质量、工期与成本三者之间是相互影响、相互制约的。质量与工期影响着成本。成本又约束着质量和工期，工期影响着质量的提高。反过来质量的提高又促进了工期的缩短。本文引用了大量的工程实例，阐述了如何使这三者能达到最佳的结合和辨证的统一。
In construction, time. quality and cost affect and restrict each other. Quality and conversely, improvement of quality heolp to shorten the time of completion. By a lot of living construction examnies, it elaborates how to unite. the three in best condition and make a dialetical unity.
