摘要
介绍单组分聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂的国内外发展概况,根据国内生产、应用的现状,提出了统一试验方法的必要性。就技术指标筛选、试验方法选择,不同试验方法、不同试验条件对产品性能试验结果的影响等进行了讨论。提出用气相色谱——质谱联用仪对产品中气体组分中有可能含有破坏大气臭氧层的氟氯化碳发泡剂进行分析的可行性。
This article introduces the development of production,application and standards of mono-compo-nent polyurethane foam as sealing agent in China and abroad.It points out the need of unifying test methods,discusses the selection of the technologic index and test methods,the influence of different ways and conditions on the results of performance test,and gives the relevant data and graphs.It studies the feasibility to apply ana-lyzing methods-gas chromatogram-mass spectrum for checking CHCs which may destroys the ozonosphere.
