摘要
信息化社会的不断发展,促进了人们社会信息意识的提高和社会信息需求量的增大。档案管理部门应因此而不断优化馆藏档案结构,创建开放服务模式,以便更好地实现档案信息资源的开发与利用,更好地实现档案的社会效益与经济效益的最大化。
With the development of the information, people are more aware of the social information, for which there is a great demand. The archives sector should optimize the collected archives structure and build the model of the open service so as to utilize and develop the archives information and realize the social and economic profits in a best way.
