摘要
面对知识经济的崛起以及信息资源网络化的迅速发展,高校图书馆应发挥自身优势为社会服务,并且在保证优先满足教学、科研需求的同时,不断深化改革,解放思想,承担服务社会的责任,进而提高图书馆员素质,以多角度、多方法开放服务模式。
The rise of knowledge-based economy and the rapid development of information networking resources,how to serve the community to their own advantages in university library,and asked to meet in ensuring that the priority of teaching,research needs,but also constantly deepen reform,emancipate the mind,and assume the responsibility to serve the community then put forward to improve the quality of the library staff requirements.This paper combined University Library＇s current actual situation,and adhered to the＂people-oriented＂concept of opening up its service,open the specific initiatives analysis to multi-angle,multiservice model approach.
