摘要
目的:了解南宁市市售卫生杀虫气雾剂的灭蚊效果;方法:采用挂笼法对本市销售的气雾剂产品进行药效检测;结果:所抽检的10个产品KT50值为1.00 min～2.00 min,24 h蚊虫死亡率均为100％;结论:所检测的气雾剂产品全部合格,且对蚊虫击倒快,致死效果好。
Objective: To determine the efficacy of aerosol insecticides sampled from Nanning market against mosqutio; Method: Using hanging cage method to detect the efficacy of aerosol insecticides against mosquito; Results: The KT50 of 10 sampled products ranged from 1.00 min -2.00 min, and 24 h mosquito mortality rates were 100% . Conclusion: All sampled aerosol insecticide products are qualified and have good knocking and killing effects.
