摘要
目的测定4种不同配方杀虫气雾剂对常见的3种卫生害虫的药效.方法采用GB13917.2-1992和GB/T17322.2-1998的测试方法和评价标准进行试验和评价.结果在实验室药效测定4种不同杀虫气雾剂对致倦库蚊的KT50为2.10～2.27 min,24 h死亡率为100%;对家蝇的KT50为2.00～3.01 min,24 h死亡率100%;对德国小蠊的KT50为0.37～3.44 min,24 h死亡率100%.模拟现场药效测试,2 h击倒率为100%,24 h死亡率为100%.结论 4种杀虫气雾剂对蚊、蝇和蟑螂均有较好的杀灭效果.
Objective To test the control efficacy of 4 different formulation aerosols against 3 species of insects. Methods Lab and mimic field tests were adopted according to the test methods and evaluating standards of GB13917.2-1992 and GB/T17322.2-1998. Results The KT 50 of 4 different formulation aerosols on Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in lab was ranged from 2.10 to 2.27 min,and the 24 h mortality was 100%.The KT 50 of 4 different formulation aerosols on Musca domestica in lab was ranged from 2.00 to 3.01 min,and the 24 h mortality was 100%. The KT 50 of 4 different formulation aerosols on Blattella germanica in lab was ranged from 0.37 to 3.44 min,and the 24 h mortality was 100%. The 2 h knockdown rate of 4 different formulation aerosols in mimic field tests were 100%,24 h mortality was 100%. Conclusion 4 different formulation aerosols had good efficacy against mosquitoes flies and cockroaches.
