摘要
通过对西宁市退耕还林草工程试点示范区的调查研究 ,总结分析了西宁市退耕还林草工程实施过程中的作法和存在问题 ,根据工程建设的现状 ,提出今后经营的模式。
Construction representative area test plot of converting the land for forestry and pasture were investigated.There were some problems and behaviours durring carrying out the construction.The future management models were suggested after the present conditions and problems of constructive were summaried and analysied.
