摘要
为定量测算住宅产业技术进步水平,以余值法为基础,建立了技术进步贡献率测算模型,并对模型参数特点和取值及模型经济量的选取方法进行分析,总结出住宅产业技术进步贡献率测算方法.对全国范围近期住宅产业技术进步贡献率进行了测算,结果表明,我国住宅产业技术进步贡献率呈缓慢上升趋势.
To quantify the level of housing industry technological progress, a calculating model is provided on the basis of the 'surplus method'. The character and the value of the model's parameters are analysed. The rule for selection of the model's economic statistics indexes is also described. It is therefore concluded that the calculation of technological progress contribution rate for housing industry in China shows that the housing industry's technological progress keeps on increasing gradually.
