摘要
改革以来,河北省养老保障事业取得了重大进展,对保障老年人生活、维护社会稳定、促进经济改革与发展发挥了重要作用。但按养老保障制度改革的目标衡量,还存在一系列亟待解决的问题,本文对此进行了剖析,并依据建立养老保障目标模式的要求,着眼于经济社会发展的未来趋势,提出了较为系统全面的改革对策。
Since the reform,considerable progress has been made towards the old -age security of Hebei Province. It plays a leading role in ensuring the l ife of the aged,keeping the society s table and promoting economic reform and de-velopment. However,judging form th e goal of our reform of the old -age sec urity,many problems remain unsettl ed. The article considers these problems an d proposes some more systematic and c omprehensive solutions,which,in a ccordance with the requirements of the security patterns,serves for the future development of economy and society.
