摘要
目的观察潇来威滴眼液促进LASIK术后角膜上皮剥脱愈合的临床疗效与不良反应。方法LASIK术后角膜上皮剥脱500例(900眼),随机分为A组与B组,A组应用潇来威联合点必舒眼液,B组单纯使用点必舒。疗程10d,术后2、3、7、10d,观察患者症状、体征等指标,裂隙灯显微镜观察角膜上皮剥脱愈合情况。结果A组治愈369眼(82.0％),显效47眼(10.4％),好转34眼(7.6％);B组治愈288眼(64.0％),显效73眼(16.2％),好转81眼(18.0％),无效8眼(1.8％)。两组有效率比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论LASIK术后联合潇来威点眼,能促进角膜上皮细胞的再生修复,提高疗效,缩短疗程。
Aim To observe the curative effects of and side-effects of Syllables lubricant eye drops on corneal epithelial exfoliation after laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK). Methods Five hundred cases (900 eyes ) of corneal epithelial exfoliation after LASIK were divided randomly into Group A and Group B, respectively treated with Syllabics lubricant eye drops and Tobramycin Dexamethtasone eye drops for 10 days. On the 2nd, the 3rd, the 7th and the 10th day after LASIK, symptoms and signs of these patients was observed and recorded. Healing of corneal epithelium exfoliation was observed with slit-lamp microscope. Results In Group A, 369 eyes (82.0%) were cured, 47 eyes (10.4%) showed remarkable effect and 34 eyes (7.6%) improved. In Group B, 288 eyes (64.0%) were cured, 73 eyes (16.2%) showed remarkable effect, 81 eyes (18.0%) improved and 8 eyes (1.8%) did not respond. The effective rates in the 2 groups were significantly different from each other (P<0.05). Conclusion Syllabics lubricant eye drops after LASIK can speed up the regeneration of corneal epithelium, improve the therapeutic effect and shorten the treatment.
