多媒体和因特网技术 ,正以惊人的速度改变着人们的生活与学习方式 ,使发达国家和地区的教育愈来愈走向网络化、虚拟化、国际化、个性化。网络教育以自身强大的生命力带给人类终身学习的极大便利 ,就其发展过程、特点。
Multimedia and Internet technologies are changing people'e life-style and learning pattern at a surprising rapidity, and making education in the developed countries and regions move gradually towards networking, virtualization, internationalization, and individualization. Education on Web provides great convenience for people's lifelong education with its great vitality. Its development, features, challenges and solutions are discussed.
