摘要
21世纪人类进入了高科技知识经济时代 ,以信息公路和多媒体技术为标志的信息技术革命对传统图书馆提出了新的挑战 ,图书馆馆藏结构发生变化 ,现实馆藏与虚拟馆藏的有机结合将是未来图书馆馆藏结构的新格局。本文通过分析网络环境下图书馆的发展取向———自动化、网络化、数字化 ,论述图书馆信息资源建设的策略与原则———整体、共享、特色、精品、重点、规范等原则 ,对图书馆信息资源建设提出几点建议 ,如现实馆藏的数字化建设、虚拟馆藏的数字化建设。
In 21 century,mankind has entered high-tech knowledge times,the revolution of information technology signed by information highway and multi-media technology has put forward new challenges to traditional library.The holding structure of library will change and the organic combination of realistic holding and virtual holding will be the new pattern.By analyzing the orientation of library(automation?network?digital)under network and discussing the strategy and principle(such as whole?share?characteristic?standard etc.)of library information resource construction,the paper put's forward several proposes about library information resource construction,which includes digital construction of realistic holding and virtual holding and improvement the abilities of users and librarians.
