摘要
网络环境下图书馆的信息服务呈现出服务手段数字化和网络化、服务范围和对象市场化、服务产品多样化的特点 ,对馆员的资讯素养有一个全新的要求 ,它要求馆员除具备良好的职业道德和资讯道德外 ,还必须具有“精”而“博”的知识结构 。
In the network environment,the library's information service presents service means digitalization,netuorking, service area and object marketization,service production diversification and so on.These new characters has a completely fresh demand to librarians' diathesis of information.At the same time,librarians are required that they must have 'extractive' and 'rich' knowledge structure,better network indexing ability and information production distribuion ability and all right moralities of occupation and information.
