摘要
①目的 观察联合应用三唑类药物治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。②方法 联合应用氟康唑、伊曲康唑两种三唑类药物治疗 38例真菌性角膜溃疡 ,并以未用三唑类药物治疗的 2 3例作为对照组。③结果 联合治疗组 35例 (92 .1% )治愈 ,疗程 (2 4± 1)d ;对照组 2 3例仅 12例 (5 2 .2 % )治愈 ,疗程 (46± 2 )d。两组治愈率及疗程比较均有显著性差异 (χ2 =12 .90 ,t=3.16 ,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 联合应用伊曲康唑、氟康唑疗效可靠 ,应用方便 。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of triazoles in the treatment of fungal ulcer of the cornea(FUC). Methods Thirty-eight patients with FUC were treated by triazoles (Itraconazole and Fluconazole). The results were compared with those of 23 patients treated without triazoles. Results Thirty-five patients (92.1%) in the triazoles group healed after 10-42 days of the treatment. Twelve patients (52.2%) healed after 16-70 days of the treatment without triazoles. The differences in the cure rates and treatment duration between the two groups were significant (χ 2=12.90, t=3.16, P<0.01). Conclusion With reliable effect and easy application, the combined use of Itraconazole and Fluconazole is an ideal treatment for FUC.
