摘要
三唑类药物具有抗菌活性高，毒副作用少和优越的药代动力学特性。针对伊曲康唑具有较氟康唑更广的抗真菌谱，而氟康唑眼局部应用通透性良好的特点，将这二种三唑类药物联合应用于１５例真菌性角膜溃疡的治疗，其中１４例（９３３％）在治疗１０～２８天内痊愈；而未用三唑类药物治疗的１１例仅６例（５４５％）在治疗１６～７０天内痊愈。两组比较治愈率及疗程均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５，Ｐ＜００１）。联合治疗的费用较低，应用方便，疗效可靠。
Abstract Triazoles is a kind of antifungal drug with high activity,low toxicity and superior pharmacokineties.The antifungal spectram of Itraconazole is broader than Fluconazole,and Fluconazole has good penetration for eye.So these two kinds of triazoles were used together to treat 15 cases of fungal ulcer,14 cases (93 3%) healed after 10～28 dyas of treatment.Only 6/11 cases (54 5%) healed after 16～70 days of treatment without triazoles.The differences in the cure rates and in the means of treatment durations between the two groups are remarkable (P<0 05,P<0 01).The cost of the combined treatment is lower,the appling is convenient and the curative effect is reliable.
