①目的 测定人发中微量铁含量。②方法 以Fe3 + 和 2 (5′ 溴 2′ 吡啶偶氮 ) 5 二乙基氨基苯酚反应形成配合物为基础 ,建立一种灵敏的吸附伏安法用于测定人发中微量铁含量。③结果 建立了准确测定微量铁的吸附伏安法 ,该方法微量铁检出限为 2 .0× 10 -9mol/L ,线性范围为 6 .7× 10 -9~ 2 .0× 10 -7mol/L ,回收率为 99.6 %~10 1.2 %。
Objective\ To detect the trace content of iron in human hair.\ Methods\ A sensitive absorption voltammetry for the determination of trace iron in human hair was established based on the formation of complex Fe 3+ with 2 (5′ bromo 2′ pyridylaze) 5 diethy lanminophenol (5 Br PADAP).\ Results\ The determination technique was established. The detection limit of the reaction was 2.0×10 -9 mol/L. The linear range was 6.7×10 -9 -2.0×10 -7 mol/L. The recovery of the method was 99.6%- 101.2%.\ Conclusion\ This technique is applicable to detection of trace iron in human hair.
