摘要
本文提出了一种以邻硝基苯基萤光酮为显色剂,以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵为增溶增敏剂的分光光度测定人发中微量铁的灵敏的新方法,其最大吸收波长为605nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.05×10~5,在0.2-2.5μgFe(Ⅲ)/25ml范围内遵循比尔定律.
A sensitive micellar solubilizing spectrophotometric method is developed for the determination of microamounts of Fe(Ⅲ) in hair with O-Nitro-Phenylfluorone as color reagent and CTMAB as solubilizing and sensitizing agent. The molar absorptivity of the system is ε605 nm = 1.05 ×105 . Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.2-2.5 μg Fe(Ⅲ)/25ml.
