摘要
目的 比较 7种抗生素对泌尿生殖道支原体临床分离株的抗菌作用 ,指导临床用药。方法 采用直接肉汤药盘法测定了临床标本中 14 6株解脲脲原体 (Uu)和 92株人型支原体 (Mh)对 7种抗菌药物的耐药性。结果 14 6株 Uu对四环素、多西环素、米诺环素、罗红霉素、阿齐霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为 34.2 %、2 4 .7%、2 8.1%、8.9%、4 .8%、11.0 %、和 2 8.8%。92株 Mh对四环素、多西环素、米诺环素、罗红霉素、阿齐霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星的耐药率分别为 5 5 .5 %、2 5 .0 %、4 5 .7%、97.8%、10 0 %、8.7%、和16 .3%。耐四环素的 Uu和 Mh株对多西环素、米诺环素、交沙霉素以及氧氟沙星存在交叉耐药性。 85 0例 Uu和 Mh混合感染者对交沙霉素的耐药率最低 (8.1% )。结论 泌尿生殖道支原体的耐药性监测对指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
Objective To compare the activity of seven kinds of antibiotics against clinical isolates of urogenital mycoplasma and to guide physicians in the therapeutic disposal. Method Resistance of seven antimicrobial agents against 146 strains of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and 92 strains of Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) from clinical specimens was determined using the direct broth disc method. Results For the resistant rates of 146 strains of Uu were as follows: tetracycline (34.2%), doxycycline (24.7%), minocycline (28.1%), roxithromycin (8.9%), azithromycin (4.8%), josamycin (11.0%) and ofloxacin (28.8%); and for 92 strains of Mh, the resistant rates were tetracycline (55.5%), doxycycline (25.0%), minocycline (45.7%), roxithromycin (97.8%), azithromycin (100.0%), josamycin(8.7%) and ofloxacin (16.3%). The tetracycline-resistant Uu or Mh showed cross resistance to doxycycline, minocycline, josamycin and ofloxacin. The lowest resistant antimicrobial agent to both of Uu and Mh from 850 mixed urogenital tract infection was josamycin (8.1%). Conclusion Resistance monitoring of urogenital mycoplasma periodically had important significance in clinical drug treatment.
