摘要
目的 评价自固化磷酸钙骨水泥 (calciumphosphatecement,CPC)载药妥布霉素的体外抗菌活性和植入兔体内后的药物释放特性。方法 把CPC药棒植入兔股骨 ,检测骨组织、血液和血肿中的药物浓度变化趋势 ,并在体外进行这种体系的细菌敏感试验。结果 通过 8周观察 ,发现CPC药棒在骨组织中能够在至少 6周时间内持续释放药物 ,而血液中药物浓度则一直较低 ,并且药棒在体外对骨髓炎常见细菌具有较强的抗菌效果。结论 载药后的磷酸钙骨水泥在体内具有较长时间释放较高浓度药物的特性 ,在体外具有良好的抗菌活性。
Purpose: To evaluate the calcium phosphate cement (PC) characteristics about the drug release from the tobramycin-impregnated self-setting CPC in vivo after implanting it into rabbit's femora and bacteria inhibitory of it in vitro. Methods: We detected the tobramycin concentration in bone, blood and hematoma in different time after CPC bars and drug-loaded CPC bars were implanted into the femora of rabbits and did the bacteria sensitive test in vitro. Results: The drug released from bars in femora could be found in six weeks during eight weeks' study and they had strong ability to inhibit bacteria in vitro witch are the most common in osteomyelitis. Conclusions: The CPC loaded with tobramycin possesses the characristic of releasing enough drug for a long time and strong inhibiting bacteria.
