摘要
目的 探讨联麦氧钒对大鼠糖尿病性心肌病的治疗作用。方法 选用 Wistar大鼠腹腔内注射链脲佐菌素制备糖尿病模型。合成联麦氧钒 ,溶于饮水中 (浓度 1 g/ L)治疗糖尿病大鼠 1 2 w,测血糖、血脂等 ,取心肌组织进行病理学检查。结果 DV组血糖、血脂、饮水量等明显降低 ,心肌细胞结构基本正常 ,但胰岛素水平维持较低。结论 联麦氧钒可以通过增加胰岛素作用效率 ,降低血糖、血脂 ,恢复糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞的结构和功能。

Objective To study the effects of BMOV on diabetic cardiomyopathy of rats.Methods Wistar rats were chosen and administered with streptozocin in abdominal cavity.The synthetic BMOV was administered to diabetic rats in drinking water for 12 weeks at the concentration of 1 g/L.The major indexes were blood glucose,lipids and heart tissue pathologic examination.Results For all diabetic treated animals BMOV intake was accmpanied by lowered plasma concentration of glucose and lipids with no asscociated enhancement of circulating insulin and by nearly normalized morphologic features of myocardium.Conclusions BMOV could reduce the plasma levels of glucose and lipids by improving the effectiveness of insulin and recover the construction and function of diabetic hearts. 〔
