摘要
目的 :采用 HPL C法测定黄连配方颗粒及饮片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :以 C1 8为填充剂 ,0 .0 5 mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液 (用磷酸调节 p H至 3)∶乙腈 (70∶ 30 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 :通过方法学考察 ,取样量在 0 .4 4~2 .2 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 99.0 3% (n=6 )。结论 :操作简便、数据准确、重现性好。
Objective: A HPLC method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Rhizoma Coptidis and its concentrated granule for prescription was developed. Methods: C 18 column as the stationary phase and 0.05% mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate-acetonitrile (adjust pH to 3 with phosphoric acid) (70∶30) as the mobile phase, 270 nm as the detector wavelength. Results: The linear relationship of calibration curves was good in the range of 0.44~2.20 μg. The average recovery was 99.03%(n=6).Conclusion: The method was simple, accurate and reliable.
