摘要
概述了稀土元素在焊接材料中的应用,并详细地讨论了稀土元素对堆焊层组织和性能的影响.稀土元素不但可以消除堆焊层中的有害杂质,净化堆焊层,细化堆焊层组织,改善堆焊焊缝韧性,减少堆焊层中的夹渣,而且可以改善焊接工艺性能,提高堆焊层的耐磨性和硬度以及其它性能.展望了稀土元素在堆焊焊条中的应用前景.
Rare earth element has immense application in welding materials,especially in welding.Effects of rare earth elements on structure and properties of welding layer have been summarized briefly in the paper .Rare earth element not only can get rid of the impurities in welding layer,evenly distribute welding structure,improve the flexibility of welding layer; but also can improve the properties of welding processes and enhance wear resistance and hardness of welding layer .The developing prospects of rare earth elements' application on welding have been forecasted.
