摘要
研制出一种工艺性能良好的含稀土钇的堆焊焊条,对其堆焊层显微组织结构、硬度、耐磨性进行了较系统的试验研究。工业试验证明能满足某些工作在高温状态冶金工业设备零部件的堆焊修复后的使用性能。
Yttrium contained hardfacing electrode with good process properties were made and the structure,hardness and abrasive resistance in hardfacing layer were studied.Industrial practice have proved that be satisfied with hardfacing reparation for the parts of metallurgical equipment in high-temperature state.
