摘要
通流部分技术改造是早期国产机组节能降耗的有效措施,既可提高机组热效率,又可提高机组出力,适应机组调峰要求,延长机组寿命。介绍了国内部分电厂汽轮机通流部分改造方案。一是采用北京全三维公司的技术,静叶型线为ABB公司设计;二是引进日立的技术,静叶型线采用层流加载,动叶型线采用平衡扭曲动叶;三是整机改造方案,整机方案改造效果明显,为大多数电厂接受。
The technical upgrading of pass-through sections is an effective action to improve the energy-saving performance and lower the consumption of early Chinese-made power generators,which improves the thermal efficiency,increases the output of power generators to satisfy the peak adjustment requirement for power generators,and prolong the life of pwer generators.Some upgrading schemes for the pass-through sections of turbines of some power plants in China are presented as followes:1)Beijing full 3D company's technology plus static blade profile line designed by ABB company;2) Hitachi's techndogy + static blade profile line with laminar flow loading,and dynamic blade profile line of balanced twisted dynamic blade;3) upgradint scheme for turbine as a whole acceptable to most of power plants.
