新型超超临界机组卧式锅炉技术特点分析 被引量:4

ANALYSIS OF TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR NOVEL OVER-SUPERCRITICAL PRESSURE HORIZONTAL UTILITY BOILER

摘要 具有内螺纹垂直水冷壁的卧式锅炉以其良好的水动力特性、便于安装及节约投资等优势,在未来的超超临界机组将获得应用,欧洲已经开始了35MPa/700℃/720℃参数条件的超超临界机组设计。分析了卧式锅炉的结构特点,并介绍其关键技术的研究与进展。 The horizontal boiler with water-wall of vertical rifled tubes having some superiorities, such as good hydrodynamic property, convenient for installation, and saving capital investment etc., will have been widely used for over-supercritical pressure power-generating units. In Europe, the design of over-supercritical pressure units with parameter conditions of 35 MPa/700 ℃/ 720 ℃ has already been initiated. The structural features of horizontal boilers have been analysed, and the research of key techniques as well as advancement thereof being presented.
