摘要 随着机电一体化系统对伺服性能要求的提高 ,使闭环系统的频带变宽。当机械系统的弹性变形较大时 ,其谐振频率与截止频率很接近 ,甚至落入带宽中 ,引起系统的自激振荡。本文从控制理论的角度出发 ,分析了弹性变形与频带宽度的关系 。 With the high requirement of the servo system function by the mechanical-electronic integration system, the band of the closed-loop system becomes wider. When the elasticity deformation of the mechanical system becomes larger, there is not much difference between the resonance frequency and the cutoff frequency, even gets into the band, it might cause the system self-excitation and oscillation. Based on the theory of the controlling, this paper analyzes the relationship between the elasticity deformation and the bandwidth, and related solutions have been set forth.
