摘要
设计了一种实用、低成本的稀土永磁同步电动机控制系统。该系统以8098单片机为核心实现电机的控制,根据该机本身的运行特点,研制了一种新型的转子位置传感器,极大地降低控制系统的成本,提高了系统运行可靠性。它是电机,电子技术和计算机三结合的机电一体化的系统。由于其结简单,低成本,高可靠性,可望在工业拖动,工业控制领域获得广泛的应用。
This paper design a kind of control system for permanent magnetic DC motor with low cost and easily practical use.This system use the 8098 single chip micro-computer to implement electrical machine control.Depended on the principle of electrical machine,a new type rotor position sensor has been designed.This sensor significantly decrease the cost of electrical machine and its control system,and improve its reliability.It is electronic-machine system included electrical machine,electronic technique,and micro-computer system.Because of its simple construction,low cost,and high reliability,this system would be of its simple construction,low cost,and high reliability,this system would be found widely application in the field of industrical drive and control.
