摘要
文章从素质教育对小学教师提出的基本要求入手,探讨新世纪的教师应具备的基本素质,并据此提出提高小学教师素质的途径。
Starting with the basic requirement for primary school teachers concerning quality education, the paper discusses the fundamental quality that teachers should have in new age, and suggests some ways to improve quality of primary school teachers.
