尼索朗(NISSORUN)在柑桔上的消解及残留试验研究

摘要 本文研究了桔园施用5%尼索朗1000倍和2000倍液后药剂在桔果及土壤中的消解动态及最终残留量。结果表明:尼索朗在桔果中的半衷期为20.1—21.9d,在土壤中的半衰期为18.4—23.4d。施药两次,最后用药距收期30—60d,桔果和土壤中的最终残留量分别低于O.2mg/kg和O.5mg/kg,桔肉中则均未检出残留。另外,还研究了用带紫外检测器的液相色谱仪测定尼索朗残留的分析方法。方法的添加回收率均在84%以上。仪器最低检出量为6×10^(-10)g,对桔皮、桔肉和土壤的最低检出浓度分别为0.015、0.01和0.01mg/kg。 It is reported in this paper that the disappearance and final, residues of Hexythiazox in citrus and soil after application of the pesticide in cit- Jus orchard. The results showed that half-lives value(T 1/2)of Hexythiazox in citrus fruit and soil was 20.1-20.9 and 18.4-23.4 days, respectively. When the pesticide was sprayed twice and the waiting intervals was 30-60 days from the second spraying to harvesting, the final relidues in citrus and soil were less than 0.2 and 0.5 mg/kg, respectively. Residues in pulp were less than 0.01 mg/kg(ND). Meanwhile, an analytical method was described for determining Hexythiazox residues in citrus fruit and soil by High Performance Liquid Chromatograph with ultraviolet spectrophotometric detector. Recoveries for fortification levels at 0.05-0.50mg/kg were greater than 84%. The detection limit of the method in the peel, pulp and soil was 0.015 0.01 and 0.01 mg/kg, respectively.
