摘要
阐述了含有五氯苯酚(PCP)及2,4-二氯苯酚(DCP)的白腐真菌降解液的预处理以及利用高效液相色谱二极管阵列(PDA)检测器快速测定DCP和PCP的方法。实验表明,在如下色谱条件:NovapakOds柱,流动相80%甲醇,20%003mol/LpH=27磷酸缓冲溶液(V/V),流速08mL/min,检测波长300nm时,PCP和DCP在20~100μg/mL浓度范围内,其吸收和浓度具有良好的线性关系。
The liquid with pentachlorophenol(PCP) and 2,4-dichlorophenol(DCP) that is degraded by white rot fungus has been prehanded,PCP and DCP can be analyzed quickly as the followed conditions: Novapak Ods HPLC column, the mixture of methol and 003mol/L phosphoric acid buffer (pH=27)(80:20, V/V) as the mobile phase, the flow rate is 08mL/min, and the detecting wavelength is 300nm.It's found that when the concentration of DCP and PCP range between 20~110μg/mL,the absorbance are proportional to their concentration quite properly.
